揿针疗法联合舒适干预模式对胃肠道肿瘤化疗恶心呕吐的应用效果
The Application Effect of Acupressure Combined with Comfort Intervention Model on Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting in Gastrointestinal Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of acupressure combined with comfort intervention model on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in gastrointestinal cancer.Method:The study was conducted from March 2020 to March 2022 and included 120 patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving chemotherapy in Jiangxi Provincial Cancer Hospital.They were divided into control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group received standard care,while the experimental group received acupressure combined with a comfort intervention model.The improvement of nausea and vomiting,functional status(KPS score),fatigue status(Chinese version of the Piper fatigue scale),compliance and quality of life[European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire(EORTC-QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The improvement rate of nausea and vomiting in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of KPS in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the score of Piper fatigue assessment scale in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,EORTC-QLQ-C30 scores in each dimension in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupressure combined with comfort intervention model can effectively improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer,enhance functional status,alleviate fatigue,increase patient compliance,and significantly improve quality of life.关键词
