血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素-17在鸡皮样胃炎中的应用研究
Application of Serum Pepsinogen,Gastrin-17 in Chicken Skin Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of serum pepsinogen,gastrin-17(G-17)in chicken skin gastritis.Method:A total of 80 cases of endoscopic chicken skin gastritis and 14C breath test positive patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and another 80 healthy patients in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)and G-17 were compared between the two groups.The observation group was treated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection against chicken skin gastritis.To evaluate the prognosis of the observation group after treatment,the observation group was divided into good prognosis group(n=68)and poor prognosis group(n=12)according to the 14C breath test results,and the serum pepsinogen and G-17 of the two groups were analyzed.The diagnostic value of serum pepsinogen and G-17 combined detection in chicken skin gastritis was analyzed.Result:The expression levels of PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the expression levels of PGⅡ between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 in good prognosis group were significantly higher than those in poor prognosis group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 combined detection were higher than those of PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 single detection.Conclusion:Serum pepsinogen,G-17 and 14C breath test are of certain value in the clinical diagnosis of chicken skin gastritis,and the clinical therapeutic effect of patients can be evaluated by the detection of pepsinogen and G-17,and the combined detection of G-17 and pepsinogen has a high diagnostic value for chicken skin gastritis.关键词
