Application Value of High Sensitivity Cardiac Troponin T Combined with Electrocardiogram Fragmentation QRS Wave in the Diagnosis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T combined with electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave in acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received treatment in Jinjiang City Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the same number of medical examiners were selected during the same period to be included in the control group.The high sensitivity cardiac troponin T and electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave were examined in the two groups,and the application value of both in acute myocardial infarction were analyzed.In addition,acute myocardial infarction was divided into ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction according to the disease type,and the diagnostic value of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T and electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave in ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were analyzed.Result:The level of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.302,P=0.000).The incidence of electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=62.976,P=0.000).The level of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T and the incidence of electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were higher than those in patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(P<0.05).The AUC of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T,electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave and their combination in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction were 0.984,0.788,0.988,respectively,and in the diagnosis of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were 0.838,0.707,0.865,respectively.Conclusion:The combination of high sensitivity cardiac troponin T and electrocardiogram fragmentation QRS wave in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and to a certain extent can be used to distinguish the types of acute myocardial infarction.关键词
