Abstract
Objective:To explore the prognostic value and feasibility of serum triglyceride(TG)and modified early warning score(MEWS)in patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis.Method:A total of 102 patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.General data,serum TG detection values and MEWS were collected.Patients were divided into good prognosis group(n=70)and poor prognosis group(n=32)according to their survival after 30 days.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of the patients,and receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of serum TG and MEWS in the prognosis of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis.Result:Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age and body mass index(BMI)between the two groups(P>0.05).TG level and MEWS in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the poor prognosis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that TG and MEWS were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that AUC,sensitivity and specificity of TG and MEWS combined prediction were higher than those of TG and MEWS alone prediction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined value of serum TG and MEWS in predicting the prognosis of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis is higher.关键词
