摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical application of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction technique in precision diagnosis of skull base fracture(SBF).Method:The clinical data of 106 patients with SBF treated in Ji'an Central People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.All patients were examined by MSCT plain scan and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique.The surgical examination result as the gold standard,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different examination methods for SBF with different locations and different damage injury degrees was compared.Result:The coincidence rate of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosing SBF with different locations was 90.57%,higher than 61.32%of MSCT plain scan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of SBF with different damage degrees was 93.40%,which was higher than 55.66%of MSCT plain scan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with MSCT plain scan,MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique has a higher application value in the diagnosis of SBF,which can determine the location and damage degree of SBF.
