摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical significance of blood gas analysis indexes and inflammation indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:In this study,102 patients with COPD admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation group, and 94 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during this period were selected as the control group.Blood gas analysis indexes and inflammation indexes were detected in both groups.Result:The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),pH value and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),neutrophil(N)and white blood cell count(WBC)in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pH value,SaO2 and PaO2 of patients in remittent stage were higher than those of patients in acute exacerbation, and the PaCO2 was lower than that in acute exacerbation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP,ESR,N and WBC of patients in remittent stage were lower than those of patients in acute exacerbation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood gas analysis indexes and inflammation indexes can effectively assist the diagnosis and differentiation of COPD stage.关键词
