Abstract
Objective:To explore the postoperative health literacy level of patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy and analysis of its influencing factors.Method:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected.The general data of patients were collected,the level of postoperative health literacy of patients were investigated,and the factors affecting health literacy of patients were analyzed.Result:The total score of postoperative health literacy management scale(HeLMS)in patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy was(75.82±10.06)scores.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in postoperative health literacy level among patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy of different age,education level,monthly income,social support level and self-management ability(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative health literacy among patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy of different places of residence,gender,occupational status,number of stent implantation,marital status,course of disease,family history and types of combined chronic diseases(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that old age,low education level,low monthly income,low level of social support and low level of self-management ability were factors affecting the level of postoperative health literacy in patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative health literacy level of patients with coronary artery heart disease undergoing interventional therapy is in the middle level,which is affected by patients'age,education level,monthly income,social support and self-management ability.关键词
