结合雌激素乳膏联合本体感觉训练在绝经后盆腔脏器脱垂患者围手术期的应用效果
Application Effect of Conjugated Estrogens Cream and Proprioceptive Training in Postmenopausal Pelvic Organ Prolapse Patients during the Perioperative Period

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Conjugated Estrogens Cream and proprioceptive training in on postmenopausal pelvic organ prolapse(POP)patients during the perioperative period.Method:A total of 86 postmenopausal POP patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)by random number table method.The study group was received Conjugated Estrogens Cream 3 days before and after surgery,followed by proprioceptive training and pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback after surgery.The control group received pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback after surgery.The perioperative indicators,pelvic floor function,sexual quality of life,and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:In comparision of the control group,the surgery time,catheter indwelling time,and hospital time in the study group were shorter,intraoperative bleeding was less,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20(PFDI-20)scores in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,those in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the pelvic organ prolapse-urinary incontinence sexual questionnaire(PISQ-12)scores in both groups were increased,and in comparision of the control group,that in the study group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group[20.93%(9/43)],the incidence of complications in the study group[4.65%(2/43)]was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Conjugated Estrogens Cream and proprioceptive training in the perioperative period of postmenopausal POP patients can shorten the surgery time and postoperative recovery time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,improve pelvic floor function,improve sexual quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
