定向牵伸法在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果及对肌电图指标的影响研究
Study on the Application Effect of Directional Stretching Method in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy and Influence for Electromyographic Indexes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of directional stretching method in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and influence for electromyographic indexes.Method:A total of 84 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(n=42)was treated with suspension traction,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with directional stretching method.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],cervical functional status[neck disabilitv index(NDI)score]and electromyographic indexes(F-wave conduction velocity and latency of ulnar nerve and median nerve)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,VAS scores of both groups were better than those of before treatment,NDI scores and F-wave latency of ulnar nerve and median nerve were lower than those of before treatment,F-wave conduction velocity of ulnar nerve and median nerve were higher than those of before treatment,and VAS scores of observation group after treatment were better than those of control group,NDI scores and F-wave latency of ulnar nerve and median nerve were lower than those of control group,the F-wave conduction velocity of ulnar nerve and median nerve were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of directional stretching method in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better,and it can effectively control the pain degree and improve the cervical vertebra function and electromyographic indexes of patients.关键词
