康复新液联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果
Effect of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital were enrolled as the research objects from January 2022 to June 2023.According to 1∶1 simple random number table method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin Solution on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 2 months.The clinical curative effect,the levels of immune function[T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)]and inflammatory factors[serum C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]in the two groups were compared before and after 7 d of treatment.The adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rates within 6 months after treatment in the two groups were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,compared with 87.50%of the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+,CRP and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes were lower in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,1 patient in the observation group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 4.00%(1/25),and 5 patients in the control group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 23.81%(5/21),which was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.949,P=0.047).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Solution combined with quadruple therapy can significantly enhance immune function,reduce levels of inflammatory factors and control recurrence rate in patients with peptic ulcer.关键词
