司库奇尤单抗联合窄谱紫外线治疗进展期斑块型银屑病的临床效果分析
Clinical Effect Analysis of Secukinumab Combined with Narrow Spectrum Ultraviolet in the Treatment of Advanced Plaque Psoriasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and value of Secukinumab combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet in the treatment of advanced plaque psoriasis.Method:A total of 70 patients with advanced plaque psoriasis admitted to Hai'an Dermatology Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Acitretin Capsules and Tacrolimus Ointment.On this basis,the control group was treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet phototherapy,and the observation group was treated with Secuchiumab combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet therapy.The vascular sphere diameter,psoriatic area and severity index(PASI)score(dermoscope was performed in all patients),serum interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and CD4+/CD8+ratio before and after treatment,as well as the treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment,vascular bulb diameter and PASI scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,levels of IL-17 and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and levels of CD4+/CD8+were higher than those before treatment,and levels of IL-17 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,and level of CD4+/CD8+was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Secuchiumab combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet phototherapy can improve the inflammatory and immune status of patients with advanced plaque psoriasis and improve the therapeutic effect.The dermoscope can show the progress of treatment.关键词
