Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of combined treatment with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and moxibustion on traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain.Method:Patients(n=82)with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain who were treated in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Yingtan People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to envelope number, they were divided into combination group and moxibustion group by odd and even random method, with 41 cases in each group. The moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion alone, and the combination group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of moxibustion group. The two groups were treated for 3 weeks. The effects of epigastric pain syndrome, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score, gastrointestinal hormone(motilin,gastrin-17)levels and the degree of epigastric pain were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of combination group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of moxibustion group, and the curative effect of gastral pain syndrome was better than that of moxibustion group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in combination group were lower than those in moxibustion group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of motilin and gastrin-17 in combination group were higher than those in moxibustion group after treatment(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the combination group was lower than that of the moxibustion group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with moxibustion can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type epigastric pain, increase the levels of motilin and gastrin-17,and alleviate epigastric pain.关键词
