八珍汤加减治疗肿瘤化疗性肝损伤的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Modified Bazhen Decoction in the Treatment of Liver Injury Caused by Chemotherapy for Tumor

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Bazhen Decoction in the treatment of liver injury caused by chemotherapy for tumor.Method:A total of 86 patients with liver injury caused by chemotherapy for tumor treated in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate,the observation group was treated with modified Bazhen Decoction.The total effective rate,treatment cost,length of hospitalization,readmission rate,symptom and sign score,and liver function injury grade,liver function indexes[alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total bilirubin(TBIL)],liver blood flow indexes[peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)]before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the length of hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the readmission rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in treatment cost between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom and sign scores,liver function injury grade,liver function index and liver blood flow index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST,ALP,TBIL and RI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,liver function injury grade was significantly better than that in control group,symptom and sign scores and PSV were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Bazhen Decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of liver injury caused by chemotherapy for tumor,which can significantly improve the liver function and liver blood flow of patients,and has high application value in this type of patients.关键词
