芪蛭瘀滞平汤联合倍他司汀注射液治疗气虚血瘀型腔隙性脑梗死的效果
Effect of Qizhi Yuzhiping Decoction Combined with Betahistine Injection on Lacunar Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Qizhi Yizhiping Decoction combined with Betahistine Injection on lacunar cerebral infarction(LI)of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type LI hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department of Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betahistine Injection,and the observation group was treated with Qizhi Yizhiping Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipids indexes,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that before treatment,and TG,TC and LDL-C in observation group were lower than those in control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity(PV),red blood cell aggregation index(AI)and fibrinogen(FIB)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Qizhi Yuzhiping Decoction combined with Betahistine Injection can effectively improve blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type LI,promote brain blood microcirculation,and be more conducive to the recovery of damaged nerve function and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
