黄芪桂枝五物汤加味联合穴位注射治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 94 patients with DPN of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method.47 patients treated with acupoint injection were set as the control group,47 patients treated with acupoint injection and modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction were set as the observation group,patients in two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,severity of clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)score and TNF-α after treatment in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of tibial nerve,common peroneal nerve and median nerve were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups of patients.Conclusion:On the basis of acupoint injection therapy,the combination of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treatment for DPN of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve nerve conduction velocity,and reduce TNF-α level,promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients,is a safe and effective treatment plan.关键词
