猴头健胃灵片联合奥美拉唑治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Houtou Jianweiling Tablets Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Houtou Jianweiling Tablets combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of atrophic gastritis(AG).Method:A total of 120 AG patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with omeprazole,observation group was treated with Houtou Jianweiling Tablets on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),serum interleukin 6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)],gastric function indexes[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ),somatostatin(SS)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal pain,fullness,abdominal distension and loss of appetite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GAS,PG-Ⅰ and SS levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,and MTL levels was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Houtou Jianweiling Tablets combined with Omeprazole has significant effect in the treatment of AG patients,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,reduce gastrointestinal inflammation,improve stomach function,and is relatively safe.关键词
