免缝合宫颈冷刀锥切术在有生育要求的子宫颈病变患者中的疗效评估
Evaluation of the Efficacy of Suture Free Cervical Cold Knife Conization in Patients with Cervical Lesions with Fertility Requirements

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of suture free cervical cold knife conization in patients with cervical lesions with fertility requirements.Method:A total of 102 patients with cervical lesions with fertility requirements admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional suture method cervical cold knife conization and the study group was treated with suture free cervical cold knife conization.The surgical indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative blood loss,hospital stays),the cervical wound complete epithelialization after operation,preterm birth and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stays of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 4 and 12 weeks after surgery,the proportion of the cervical wound complete epithelialization in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and preterm birth rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suture free cervical cold knife conization used in patients with cervical lesions with fertility requirements can promote the recovery of patients,promote the postoperative cervical wound complete epithelialization,reduce the incidence of complications,and have a good prognosis.关键词
