可弯曲负压吸引鞘在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石中的应用研究
Application of Flexible Negative Pressure Suction Sheath in Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Kidney Stones

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of flexible negative pressure suction sheath in flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones.Method:A total of 102 cases of kidney stones admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group underwent common flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,while the observation group underwent flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy with flexible negative pressure aspiration,and they were followed up for 1 month.The surgical indexes,treatment efficiency,stone clearance rate,complications and inflammation indexes in two groups were compared.Result:The surgical lithotripsy time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the urine clearance time and the first time to get out of bed were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment effective rate and stone clearance rate of the observation group were higher(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of white blood cell and procalcitonin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and both white blood cell and procalcitonin in the two groups were increased 1 d after surgery(P<0.05),those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flexible negative pressure suction sheath has better clinical effect in flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy compared with ordinary ureteral sheath,which can shorten the surgical lithotripsy time,urine clearance time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time,improve the stone clearance rate and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
