Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of health education accurate linking system(HEALS)mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with family centered care(FCC)on patients with chronic refractory wounds.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic refractory wounds treated in the First Hospital of Nanchang from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as observation samples,and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was intervened according to the routine mode of wound continuation nursing,and the experimental group was added with HEALS mindfulness-based stress reduction training and FCC on the basis of the control group.The self-perceived burden of disease,the level of hope,the ability of chronic wound self-management and the treatment rate of return to hospital of wound deterioration were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the scores of Herth hope index(HHI)and chronic wound self-management were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment rate of return to hospital of wound deterioration in experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HEALS mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with FCC in patients with chronic refractory wounds is beneficial to reduce their self-perceived burden of disease,improve their level of hope and wound self-management ability,and reduce the treatment rate of return to hospital of wound deterioration.关键词
