Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of individualized psychological nursing in patients with ulcerative colitis.Method:A total of 70 patients with ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized in Department of Gastroenterology,the Third Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital from February 2018 to April 2021 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine high-quality nursing,and the study group added individualized psychological nursing on the basis of routine high-quality nursing.The mental health status,self-efficacy,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in both groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychosis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the study group(88.57%)was higher than that of the control group(62.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 91.43%and that of the control group was 71.43%,the total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients with ulcerative colitis,improve treatment compliance,improve self-efficacy,and effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.关键词
