Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Decoction combined with Budesonide nasal irrigation on allergic rhinitis(syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen)and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function.Method:A total of 86 patients with allergic rhinitis(syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen)admitted to Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide nasal irrigation treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factors and immune function factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and interferon γ(IFN-γ)was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Decoction combined with Budesonide nasal irrigation can improve the therapeutic effect of allergic rhinitis(syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung and spleen),reduce the local inflammatory response of patients,and enhance their immune function.关键词
