Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of dry eye fumigation and steaming combined with Ciclosporin Eye Drops(Ⅱ)and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of mixed xerophthalmia.Method:A total of 100 patients with xerophthalmia treated in Nanchang Aier Eye Hospital from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group and combined group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with dry eye fumigation and steaming combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,and the combined group was treated with dry eye fumigation and steaming combined with Ciclosporin Eye Drops(Ⅱ)and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,all patients were treated for 1 month.The treatment effect,breakup time of tear film(BUT),corneal fluorescent staining(FL),tear meniscus height(TMH),Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt),dry eye symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,BUT were prolonged and corneal FL scores were decreased in both groups after 1 month of treatment,BUT in combined group was longer than that in conventional group,corneal FL score was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TMH were increased and SⅠt were prolonged in both groups after 1 month of treatment,TMH in combined group was higher than that in conventional group,SⅠt was longer than that in conventional group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment,the dry eye symptom scores of both groups were decreased,and the dry eye symptom scores of combined group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dry eye fumigation and steaming combined with Ciclosporin Eye Drops(Ⅱ)and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of mixed xerophthalmia can improve the total effective rate,improve the symptoms of dry eye and improve the stability of tear film.关键词
