化瘀理筋针法在腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效及对患者疼痛、腰椎功能的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huayu Lijin acupuncture method on lumbar disc protrusion and its influence on pain and lumbar function.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc protrusion diagnosed and treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde from December 2021 to January 2024 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received Huayu Lijin acupuncture method on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and serum pain indexes]and lumbar function[Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)and mechanical indexes of lumbar extensor muscle group]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain and lumbar function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,VAS score degree of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,serum pain indexes and flexor/extensor(F/E)were significantly lower than those of control group,JOA scores were higher than those of control group,peak torque(PT)and average power(AP)were significantly larger than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huayu Lijin acupuncture method in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion is good,which can significantly improve the pain and lumbar function of patients.关键词
