Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Method:A total of 85 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=44)by double-blind lottery method.Both groups were given rehabilitation training,and the observation group added warming needle moxibustion treatment.The spastic hemiplegia degree,balance function,coagulation function,incidence of adverse events and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the modified Ashworth scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Breg balance scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in observation group were longer than those in control group,and the fibrinogen was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep vein flow retardation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical state and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scheme of warming needle moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the degree of muscle spasm and body balance function in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein flow retardation and improve the quality of life.关键词
