Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics and diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in early uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Method:A total of 100 patients with suspected uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section in Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.52 cases undergoing vaginal ultrasound examination were selected as ultrasound group and 48 cases undergoing MRI scan were selected as MRI group.The imaging characteristics and diagnostic value in two groups were compared.Result:The diagnostic sensitivity(71.79%vs 97.06%),accuracy(71.15%vs 93.75%)and time[(32.75±5.64)min vs(63.29±7.95)min]in ultrasound group were lower than those in MRI group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity between two groups(69.23%vs 92.86%,P>0.05).The detection rates of yolk sac,germ and primitive heart tube pulsation in ultrasound group were higher than those in MRI group,while detection rates of gestational sac hemorrhage,hematometra and local scar infiltration were lower than those in MRI group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in detection rate of gestational sac between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with vaginal ultrasound,diagnostic value of MRI is higher in early uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,which has more advantages in displaying gestational sac hemorrhage,hematometra and local scar infiltration.However,vaginal ultrasound is convenient and suitable for early screening.关键词
