班替枝孢瓶霉引起眼睑感染1例OACSTPCD
A case report of eyelid infection caused by Cladophialophora bantiana
班替枝孢瓶霉(Cladophialophora bantiana)是一类临床分离率较低且在环境中不易分离出来的丝状真菌,常可引起暗色丝孢霉病,可侵犯脑部且具有较高的致死率.现报道1例眼部摔伤患者伤口感染班替枝孢瓶霉,通过早期诊断配合不断外科清创治疗最终患者没有发展成脑部感染.早期的诊断与及时外科治疗可有效改善班替枝孢瓶霉感染的预后.
Cladophialophora bantiana is a filamentous fungus with a low clinical isolation rate and difficult to isolate in the environment.It might be the causing of phaeohyphomycosis,which can invade the brain and have a high mortality rate.We reported a patient with fall injury in the eye who was infected with Cladophialophora bantiana,through early diagnosis and continuous surgical debridement treatment,the patient did not develop brain infection.Early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of Cladophialophora bantiana infections.
