平常念珠菌致菌血症及尿路感染1例并文献复习
A case report of candidemia and urinary tract infection caused by Candida inconspicua and literature review
摘要
Abstract
A 66-year-old female patient was transferred to hospital by 120 emergency vehicle due to"elevated blood glucose for 12 years,fever with limited lower limb movement for 1 day".The patient suddenly developed weakness in both lower limbs and was unable to walk.He had not eaten for nearly 1 day,and his blood sugar was 29mmol/L after emergency check in the outpatient department.After admission,she was diagnosed with common candidemia and urinary tract infection through blood culture and urine culture.Oral voriconazole was selected for treatment according to blood sensitivity results,and fluconazole was selected for oral treatment according to drug PK/PD later.Finally,she was cured and discharged.关键词
