Abstract
Focusing on the goal of building an agricultural powerhouse,the cultivation of talents in agriculture,rural areas and farmers has become a hot topic in the field of rural revitalization.This study selects 26 documents of the Central No.1 Document as the research object,uses NVivo qualitative analysis software,and codes the text according to the three-stage coding method.Encode,analyze,and organize the categories,subjects,and methods of talent cultivation for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers at various stages,and sorted out to extract the cultivation features of each stage,with the aim of providing reference for enhancing the effectiveness of rural talent cultivation in China.关键词
