江苏高校师生党员提升服务"三农"能力培训体系构建
摘要
Abstract
This research aims to build a training system for teacher and student Party members in Jiangsu universities to improve their ability to serve"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",especially to highlight the role of smart agriculture in the service system to promote rural revitalization.First,it analyzes the current status of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and the development trend of digital agriculture,and then plans in detail the construction of the training system,including training content,methods,cycles,etc.,and expounds how digital agriculture serves rural revitalization based on actual cases.Finally,suggestions for future development are put forward,including continuously deepening the content of professional training,expanding the scope of practical training,strengthening the effectiveness of leadership training,expanding innovative education forms,and further improving the training evaluation mechanism.关键词
