基于产教融合的产业学院建设研究

Abstract
With the support of relevant policies,private vocational colleges actively carry out the construction of industrial colleges.Starting from the four dimensions of education chain,industry chain,talent chain,and innovation chain,taking Summit Angel Tea Industry College as an example,and combining the problems existing in private vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the impact of the construction of industrial colleges on the development and utilization of human resources,school development,and the implementation of corporate strategic goals,and actively explores issues such as innovation of talent training models,improvement of professional construction levels,joint construction of internship and training bases,and construction of industry-university-research service platforms.This paper is intended to innovate the construction model of industrial colleges in private vocational colleges,promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education,deepen the integration of industry and education,and provide a practical model that can be used for the construction of industrial colleges in private vocational colleges.关键词
