地方开放大学助力乡村振兴的思考
摘要
Abstract
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is one of the country's important development policies.It provides a strong institutional synergy for accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.However,the key to the implementation of the system lies in people.The ability and level of cadres at all levels,especially the most grassroots rural cadres,directly determine the effectiveness of rural revitalization.Therefore,as a local open university that is responsible for serving lifelong learning for all people in the region and promoting the integrated development of higher education,vocational education and continuing education in the region,it has the responsibility and obligation to play a guarantee and service role in cultivating talents for rural revitalization in the new era.As an important part of higher education,local open universities have the potential to provide strong support for rural revitalization with their flexible education model,rich educational resources,and extensive coverage.关键词
