Abstract
This paper first introduces the theoretical basis and practical basis for the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and then analyzes the problems existing in the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.That is,the main problems are the poor connection between poverty alleviation industries and industrial prosperity.There is a shortage of human resources for rural revitalization,the need to further improve rural customs and civilization,the environmental conditions for ecological livability are still shortcomings,the leading role of grassroots Party organizations and the need to improve the level of rural governance.Based on this,taking Xinxiang City as an example,it is proposed to consolidate and expand the poverty alleviation industry and the development of industrial prosperity,consolidate and expand the construction of talent teams and talent revitalization,consolidate and expand the connection of cultural poverty alleviation and hometown customs and civilization,consolidate and expand green poverty reduction and ecological livability,consolidate and expand the connection of grassroots governance and organizational revitalization.关键词
