Abstract
In this paper,the CFD simulation analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the air supply uniformity of the original air duct model of a subway train.Based on the simulation results,the optimization direction of the air duct is pointed out,and two versions of the optimization scheme are formulated.Through simulation and experimental tests,the air supply uniformity after air duct optimization is compared and analyzed.Simulation and experimental tests show that compared with the original model,the air supply uniformity of each outlet of the optimized air duct model is reduced to less than 20%,and the air supply uniformity is obviously improved.The results show that the air supply uniformity of air duct can be effectively improved by adding baffle partition,adjusting the position of deflector,and adjusting the angle of baffle.关键词
