Exploring the Pathogenesis of Thyroid Nodules with Qi Stagnation and Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome from the Perspective of Metabolic Reprogramming
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid nodule,a common endocrine system disease,is often clinically seen.The thyroid gland is an important organ for energy metabolism in the human body and plays a crucial role in regulating body homeostasis.The new mode of energy metabolism constructed by metabolism reprogramming provided the material bases and energy power for the occurrence and development of thyroid nodules,which run through its entire process and coincided with the basic characteristics of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction(obstacles in the utilization of materials energy and accumulation of pathological products).Using qi regulating,phlegm resolving,and nodules dissipating method as the basic treatment for qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction in thyroid nodules might reshape metabolic reprogramming and maintain materials and energy homeostasis.关键词
