Abstract
Endothelial cell damage caused by excessive inflammation in sepsis is the key pathological mechanism of microcirculation disturbance in sepsis.This article combined the theory of"Toxicity,Deficiency and Stasis"of Chinese medicine and modern pathological mechanism to explore the pathogenic mechanism of microcirculation disturbance caused by endothelial cell injury in sepsis,aiming to provide more ideas and theoretical support for the treatment of sepsis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
