Abstract
Building a powerful vocational education country is the goal and mission of vocational education reform and development in the new era.The construction of lifelong skills training systems conforms to the common evolution law of building a powerful vocational education country,meets the practical needs of high-quality and full employment,and reflects the unity of regularity and purpose.Constructing a lifelong skills training system under the background of a powerful vocational education country is a comprehensive and systematic project,including four implementation dimensions:vocational education system,education system,Chinese society system,and international system.To establish a lifelong skills training system,it is necessary to focus on information supply and closely couple the supply and demand of skills training;using vocational education and college entrance examination as a starting point,it is necessary to facilitate the formation of a new path for lifelong skills;based on the participation of all staff,it is necessary to form a new ecology of skills training and governance;taking digital empowerment as the starting point,it is necessary to create a new form of ubiquitous skills training,and focus on achieving all factor skills training,whole process skills training,whole society skills training,and whole space skills training.关键词
