Simulated study of compression permanent deformation of rubber
摘要
Abstract
The impact of various factors on rubber compression permanent deformation was qualitatively analyzed using molecular dynamics simulation methods.The research results indicated that increasing the degree of crosslinking could increase the glass transition temperature of rubber materials and reduce their compression permanent deformation;enhancing the strength of non-covalent bonding interactions would reduce the compression permanent deformation of rubber,and when the strength of non-covalent bonding interactions was the same,flexible rubber materials had smaller compression permanent deformation;reasonably reducing temperature and interlocking degree could effectively reduce the compression permanent deformation of rubber materials.In addition,reducing the degree of molecular chain breakage and synergistic aging(reducing the degree of aging during the aging process of rubber)would lower the compression permanent deformation of rubber materials.The simulation research results provide ideas and theoretical guidance for extending the service life of rubber.关键词
