可持续发展视角下浙江省城市水资源生态盈亏时空分异研究
Spatial and temporal differentiation of urban water resources ecological profit and loss for sustainable development in Zhejiang
摘要
Abstract
With continuous development of Zhejiang Province's economy and society,there is growing consumption of water resources,which in turn affects the economic and social development and progress.It is of profound significance to carry out in-depth research of water resources utilization.This paper aims to analyze the ecological profit and loss of water resources in Zhejiang Province,and discuss its sustainable development ability,so as to better identify existing problems and provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for local water resources management.Based on the perspective of sustainable development and population factors,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal differentiation of urban water resources ecological profit and loss and sustainable development capacity of water resources in Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2020 by using the water resources carrying capacity model,water ecological footprint model and water resources ecological profit and loss model per capita.The results show that:①The per capita carrying capacity of water resources in Zhejiang Province during that period was generally high,but the temporal evolution fluctuated greatly;The per capita water ecological footprint showed a downward trend as a whole,and the per capita water resources ecological profit and loss was a surplus for a long time.②Zhejiang Quzhou,Hangzhou and Ningbo had always been in ecological surplus state of water resources,but this surplus state weakened with the advance of time.Jiaxing,Huzhou,Shaoxing,Zhoushan and Taizhou had been in a state of ecological loss of water resources for a long time,but this state of loss showed a positive trend in recent years.③The overall sustainable development capacity of water resources showed a spatial distribution pattern weakening from southwest to northeast.④ The sustainable development capacity of water resources was generally good,but the time evolution was highly variable,and the sustainable development capacity of urban water resources was more polarized,and the sustainable development capacity of Zhoushan City,Shaoxing City,Jiaxing City,Huzhou City and Taizhou City was negative.Conclusion The sustainable development of water resources in Zhejiang Province has a profound impact on its social and economic development lifeline,and all regions should actively implement the concept of green development.关键词
