惠州市金山新城规划区城市地质调查与城市科学发展对策
Urban geological survey and countermeasures of urban scientific development in Jinshan New Town Planning Area of Huizhou City

Abstract
Jinshan New Town planning area is located as the future urban center of Huizhou City.With the rapid development of the area,the geological resource status and geological environmental conditions have also changed greatly,so it is necessary to carry out urban geological survey to facilitate urban planning and construction and sustainable development.By summarizing the main results of urban geological survey in Jinshan New Town planning area,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the scientific development of the city.The results show that the Quaternary formation in Jinshan New Town planning area is good in water enrichment,with single hole inrush water of coarse sand and gravel sand layers ranging from 1 166.82~6 437.37 m3·d-1,and permeability coefficient ranging from 21.45~85.46 m·d-1.According to the cause of formation,structure and material composition,the rock and soil can be divided into six categories:intrusive rock lithology group,extrusive rock lithology group,clastic rock lithology group,red layer clastic rock lithology group,carbonate rock lithology group and soil.The land use type of Jinshan New Town planning area is mainly agricultural land,accounting for 52.56%,and the soil quality is mainly grade three(medium),accounting for 54.07%.The groundwater resources in the area are relatively rich,with the natural groundwater resources of 89 072.57 m3·d-1,and the permitted exploitation resources of 86 671.61 m3·d-1.At present,the development and utilization of underground space are mainly concentrated in the shallow 15 m,among which the underground commercial facilities and underground garage have used about 90 million m3 of underground space.The geological environmental problems in the area mainly include faults,geological disasters,karst,soft soil and soil and water pollution.The suitable areas for engineering construction are mainly distributed in the central and northern areas,covering 54.46 km2,accounting for 46.04%,and the underground spatial structure of most areas in the area is conducive to development and utilization.Based on the results of urban geological survey,the countermeasures and suggestions for the scientific development of the city are proposed as follows:particular attention should be devoted to avoiding active faults,karst areas,and deep soft soil zones during the construction of major projects.Additionally,careful consideration should be given to addressing land subsidence issues resulting from project construction.Emphasis should also be placed on the development and utilization of underground space resources while strengthening the protection of emergency and backup underground water sources.Furthermore,a comprehensive urban geological information service system shall be established alongside intensified efforts in constructing sponge cities and protecting wetlands.Lastly,further measures are to be implemented to enhance prevention and control of geological disasters.关键词
