城市运营视角下土地储供结构优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Land Reserve and Supply Structure from the Perspective of Urban Operation:A Comparative Study of Shenzhen and Jiaxing

Abstract
Currently,due to complex land ownership,urban-rural relationships,and high development costs,China's land faces issues,such as unclear land reserve paths,low land supply efficiency,and unreasonable land use structures in practice.From the perspective of urban operation theory,this paper analyzes the effects of different types of land reserve models on key areas,important images,significant benefits,and moderate balance of the urban operation by taking Jiaxing's land planning and Shenzhen's urban renewal land reserves as examples.The paper provides paths for improving the reserve and supply of national spatial resources,and provides empirical references for promoting the internal circulation of resource elements.关键词
