Abstract
The renovation of old urban residential areas is an important lever for implementing urban renewal,as well as a livelihood project for benefiting people's livelihoods and expanding domestic demand.It not only meets the needs of the people for a better life,but also plays a role in promoting high-quality economic development.Since 2019,Guizhou Province has comprehensively promoted the renovation of old residential areas,improved the living environment and enhanced the quality of life and happiness of residents.However,how to evaluate the problems in project planning,resident participation,and renovation effects of old urban residential areas has become an urgent research topic.Based on the evaluation on the renovation projects of old urban residential areas in Guizhou Province in 2022,this paper uses on-site survey,data review,symposiums and questionnaires,etc.,and proposes to reconstruct and establish the evaluation indicator system for the old urban residential areas in Guizhou Province through the methods of screening and optimizing the basic evaluation indicators,increasing new evaluation indicators and detailing the three-level indicators.It aims to provide support for the next-step evaluation on the renovation of old urban residential areas in Guizhou Province.关键词
