本土化TOD落地实践与思考
The Practice and Reflection of the Localization of TOD:A Case of Chengdu Luxiao Station

Abstract
With the deepening of urbanization,the reference and localized innovation of urban development models have important significance for enhancing regional competitiveness and the quality of life for residents.In order to promote the localized development of transit-oriented development(TOD)in the implementation of projects in China,taking Chengdu Luxiao Station TOD as an example,the paper discusses the application,challenges and reflection of its localized practice with empirical analysis method.It is pointed out that Luxiao TOD has five local development features of Chengdu TOD,including dual dynamics driven by the temporal sequence of policy and market,integration of policies and planning under the guidance of planning,passenger orientation leading to multi-dimensional development above and below ground,priority of development coordinated with multi-dimensional technologies,and orderly phased overall planning encouraging individual expression in urban and plot design.These insights provide valuable theoretical support and practical guidance for the localization of the TOD model in Chengdu and other regions in China.关键词
