Research on Progress Schedule Management of the Engineering Construction Projects:A Case of the Construction of Hengli Island Tip
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,the requirements for quality and progress in the Chinese engineering construction industry are becoming increasingly stringent.In this context,this paper focuses on the preparation,execution,coordination,adjustment,and summarization of project schedule planning,and discusses the management ideas for the progress planning of the engineering construction projects.Through an in-depth study on the construction case of Hengli Island Tip in Nansha District,Guangzhou,this paper aims to better guide project management work through planning management to help project teams allocate resources reasonably,detect problems early and adjust promptly,thus enhancing the quality and efficiency of the projects.Schedule management will become an important direction for the future development of construction project management,providing essential support for the smooth progress of projects.关键词
