高科技园创新空间与社会空间的耦合性研究

Abstract
Innovation space and social space are closely related in the development process of high-tech parks.This paper takes Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Industrial Technology Research and Innovation Park as an example,and studies the coupling of innovation space and social space through Moran's index method and completion analysis method.The research shows that the agglomeration of single types of space in the park is significant,forming a research and production area dominated by innovation space and a life service area dominated by social space.In the innovation space,in order to meet the innovative function and the characteristic needs of the main population,the living space is integrated in the form of an apartment,and the supporting facilities are arranged in the shape of points to build a 15-minute innovative work and life circle.Within the scope of the park,according to the needs of industrial development and innovation ecological environment,a high-tech park with comprehensive functions is built around the layout of social space with innovation space.At the same time,on the basis of the research conclusion,the planning strategy for high-tech park is put forward.关键词
