Abstract
In the context of accelerating the construction of national regional medical centers in our country,this study proposes that in order to meet regional medical needs,the construction of these centers requires not only high-level medical services,but also convenient public transport conditions.Through case analyses on Texas Medical Center and Houston Train Station area in the United States,and Shanghai New Hongqiao Medical Center and Hongqiao Transportation Hub area,this paper reveals the complementary and promotional roles of HOD(Hospital-Oriented Development)and TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)models in urban spatial development.It proposes an urban spatial development model based on the dual influences of HOD and TOD,aiming to achieve an efficient integration of medical service demands and comprehensive urban development.Through the exploration on the planning of Baoding International Medical Base,the potential of this model in spatial planning application is demonstrated,providing new ideas for urban functional layout and spatial development.关键词
