Abstract
Suzhou,as a national historical and cultural city and a scenic tourist destination,receives a large number of tourists every year visiting historical and cultural relics and buildings,and its demand for accessibility is urgent.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and lessons learned in the construction of barrier-free environment for historical and cultural relics buildings both internationally and domestically,this paper summarizes that the principles for the barrier-free design of historical and cultural relics buildings mainly include three aspects:consistency in accessible elements and architectural style,flexibility and variability of accessible elements,and convenient accessibility of barrier-free routes.At the same time,the specific design strategies for the scenic area tour,interior and exterior spaces and accessible facilities of Suzhou's historical and cultural relics buildings are explored to enhance the urban accessibility and cultural value of traditional cultural relics buildings in Suzhou's historical urban area through accessible renovation.关键词
