发展法学视域下我国失业保险制度的改革与完善
Reform and Improvement of China's Unemployment Insurance System from the Perspective of Development Jurisprudence
摘要
Abstract
Unemployment is one of the common crises in the process of social and economic development,and the unemployment insurance system is an effective measure to deal with it.With social and economic development,China's unemployment insurance system is confronted with great challenges,and there are such defects as too high threshold for the application of unemployment insurance,chaotic fund supervision under centralized supervision,imbalance in the allocation of powers and responsibilities of fund audit,and low efficiency in the use of the unemployment insurance fund.As a manifestation of the new development concept in the field of jurisprudence,the theory of development jurisprudence can provide theoretical guidance for solving the problems arising in the process of social and economic development.In the process of reforming and improving the unemployment insurance system,a correct development concept should be adhered to,guiding the reform of the unemployment insurance system with the concepts of coordinated,sustainable and shared development,optimizing the requirements for applying for unemployment insurance benefits,promoting the reform of the centralized supervision system of unemployment insurance,strengthening the auditing power of administrators,and improving the operational efficiency of the unemployment insurance fund.Ultimately,the objectives of optimizing the unemployment insurance system and enhancing people's well-being will be achieved.关键词
