Abstract
In response to the problem of significant calculation errors in transformer load loss caused by neglecting the leakage magnetic field of low-voltage lead structure,taking a high current foil wound transformer as an example,a transformer simulation model considering the composite leakage magnetic field of coil and lead structure is established.Based on the composite leakage magnetic field model,the loss of the foil winding and structural component loss are calculated using field circuit coupling simulation method.Finally,a comparative analysis is conducted between the calculated values and the test values.The analysis shows that the error between the simulation calculation value and the test value is less than 5%,indicating that this calculation method has high accuracy and can effectively guide the design of energy efficiency transformers.关键词
