摘要

Abstract

Bi4Ti3O12 and CuBi2O4 nanocomposites were prepared by hydrothermal method and the two materials were composited by in-situ growth method.The physical phase composition,microscopic morphology and corresponding optical properties were investigated by X ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),fluorescence spectrometer,and electrochemical workstation,and other analytical means.The saturated mercury electrode,platinum wire electrode,and Bi4Ti3O12/CuBi2O4 photoelectrode were used to construct a three-electrode system to characterize the transient photoelectric current response ability of the composite material.The photocatalytic properties of the composites were analyzed by degrading rhodamine B(RhB)and evaluating the dye degradation rate.The results showed that the composite with CuBi2O4 was conducive to enhancing the performance of Bi4Ti3O12 monomer,i.e.,the degradation efficiency could reach 66.8%when the mass fraction of CuBi2O4 was 15%,which exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance.
