摘要

Abstract

Calcium phosphate bioceramics were prepared by 3D printing and sintering processes using the synthesized β-calcium phosphate powder by solid-phase reaction method.The crystalline phase composition and microscopic morphology of calcium phosphate powder and ceramics were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),differential thermal analysis(DTA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of different sintering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of calcium phosphate ceramics were analyzed,and the degradability and bioactivity of the prepared calcium phosphate ceramics were explored.The results showed that the rupture strength of calcium phosphate ceramics showed an increasing trend with the increase of sintering temperature.The rupture strength of calcium phosphate ceramics prepared by sintering at 1 150 ℃ could reached 41.27 MPa.The calcium phosphate ceramics have low degradability in simulated body fluid,exhibiting potential application in hip joint bone replacement materials.
